Card payments
Card payments are made on Viva.com's own hosted checkout page. Your card details are entered there and are not received or stored by this website.

Order records
When you start a card checkout, this website stores an order record in its hosting backend (Lovable Cloud): the selected products, fragrance, quantity, total amount, currency, an internal order reference, Viva.com payment references, the payment status and timestamps.
Before you are sent to the Viva.com payment page, the checkout asks for your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. These details are stored with your order record and are used only to fulfil your order: to contact you about it, agree delivery and send it to you. Only the owner of Lumière Nordique can view them. Card details are entered on Viva.com's page and are never collected or stored by this website.
